2. Franchise Investment: Franchise fees (license or setup charges) once paid are non-refundable. We recommend proper discussion and agreement signing before investing.

3. Cancellation Policy: Students or franchise partners may cancel services at any time, but no refund will be issued for payments already made.

4. Exceptional Cases: In rare situations such as technical failure in payment or accidental double payment, refunds may be processed after verification within 7–10 business days.
